Relationships require time. Strong families are built through ordinary moments: meals, conversations, activities, traditions, work, worship, and simply being together.
What we demonstrate often teaches more than what we say. Children are watching how we live. Stewardship, discipline, generosity, faithfulness, work ethic, humility, and responsibility become powerful when they are demonstrated consistently.
Talk about what matters before you have to. Create a family culture where faith, money, responsibility, goals, mistakes, relationships, business, property, and the future can be openly discussed.
Don't simply provide for them. Prepare them. Gradually give children knowledge, responsibility, experience, and opportunities to make decisions so they are equipped to steward what may someday be entrusted to them.
